1. Are your Pokémon cards authentic?

Yes! All of our products are sourced from official distributors and trusted suppliers. Every card and sealed product we sell is 100% authentic.

2. Do you accept returns or refunds?

Due to the collectible nature of our products, all sales are final. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@pokedn.com, and we’ll make it right.

3. What is “Rip & Ship” and what are the rules?

“Rip & Ship” means you purchase sealed packs that we open live on stream and then ship to you.

  • All rip-and-ship sales are final once the product is opened on stream.

  • No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted after opening.

  • By purchasing a rip-and-ship product, you agree to these terms.

4. How long does shipping take?

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. Standard U.S. shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after processing. Expedited options may be available at checkout.

5. Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we only ship within the United States. We may expand to international shipping in the future.

6. How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates.

7. What if my package is lost or stolen?

If your order is marked “delivered” but you didn’t receive it, please contact the shipping carrier directly. POKEDN is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.

8. Do you offer pre-orders?

Yes, when available. Pre-orders will ship as soon as the product is officially released and we receive inventory. Release dates are subject to change by the distributor.

9. Can I cancel my order?

Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. Once an order has been processed and handed off to the carrier, it cannot be canceled.

10. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept secure payments via credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other methods available at checkout.
