🚚 Shipping & Local Pickup Policy

At POKEDN, we work hard to make sure your order arrives safely and on time. This policy explains how we process, ship, and fulfill orders placed through pokedn.com.

1. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped or is ready for pickup.

2. Shipping Methods & Carriers

We ship using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

Standard shipping times within the U.S. are usually 3–7 business days after processing.

Expedited shipping may be available at checkout for an additional cost.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery method.

Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions — see site banners or announcements for details.

4. Tracking Your Order

A tracking number will be emailed once your order has shipped.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

5. Address Accuracy & Verification

All orders must be submitted with an accurate, complete, and verifiable shipping address.

Any attempt to manipulate, pad, or falsify address information — including extra spaces, zero-width characters, or multiple unit numbers — may result in order cancellation.

Customers flagged for address discrepancies may be required to provide proof of address, such as:

  • Utility bill

  • Lease agreement

  • Government-issued ID

Orders canceled due to address discrepancies may be subject to a restocking fee. For details, see our Refund & Returns Policy.

6. Shipping Delays

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, holidays, or carrier issues.

POKEDN is not responsible for delays once a package has been handed to the carrier.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked as “delivered” but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier directly.

POKEDN is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

For additional protection, consider using a secure delivery location (e.g., UPS Store, P.O. Box).

8. International Shipping

Currently, POKEDN only ships within the United States.

9. Order Fulfillment Confirmation

An order is considered fulfilled once:

  • A carrier confirms delivery via tracking, or

  • A local pickup order has been signed for and released

Fulfillment confirmation serves as proof of completed delivery.

Local pickup is available at:

Saturday–Sunday: 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM

Pickup Requirements

  • Valid government-issued photo ID required

  • Name on ID must match the order

  • Order confirmation email must be presented

  • Signature required at time of pickup

Orders will only be released to the purchaser unless prior written authorization is provided.

Proof of Pickup

By signing for a local pickup order, the customer confirms the item was received in full and in good condition.

This signature serves as proof of delivery and completion of the transaction.

Once signed and released, the order is considered fulfilled and is no longer eligible for shipping or non-receipt claims.

Pickup Window

Orders must be picked up within 7 days of notification.

Unclaimed orders may be canceled and refunded minus applicable processing or restocking fees.

POKEDN is not responsible for orders not collected within the pickup window.

Fraud Prevention

POKEDN reserves the right to:

  • Refuse pickup if identification does not match the order

  • Cancel suspicious or high-risk transactions

  • Record pickup verification for fraud prevention purposes
