🔄 Refund & Returns Policy

At POKEDN, we take pride in offering authentic, collectible Pokémon products. Due to the nature of trading cards and sealed products, all sales are final.
1. All Sales Are Final
We do not accept returns or exchanges once a product has been opened, unsealed, or used.
This policy ensures fairness and protects the integrity of collectibles for all customers.
2. Rip & Ship Orders (Live Stream Purchases)
For all rip-and-ship purchases (packs or boxes opened live on stream), all sales are final once the product is opened.
Since you see your packs opened in real time, refunds or returns are not possible after the seal is broken.
By purchasing a rip-and-ship product, you agree to these terms at checkout.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
We stand behind the quality of our products. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@pokedn.com with the following:
Your order number
Photos of the product and packaging
A description of the issue
We will review your claim and, if approved, provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.
4. Shipping Issues
POKEDN is not responsible for delays or losses caused by shipping carriers once your package has been handed off.
If your order is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We will assist where possible.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for funds to appear in your account.
